Coriander Cleanse

Parsley and coriander are both very effective for detoxification, making this a delicious way to kick start the day.

(serves 1)

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 apples
1 stick celery
Handful of coriander (cilantro)
Handful of kale or spinach
Handful of parsley
1 lemon peeled

Method:
Put all the ingredients through a masticating juicer. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
